Scan-Sense approved according to ISO9001:2008 in 2009, and built their quality system with detailed process description for all activities. The system is available on intranet for easy access for all employees in different departments within the organisation. The system is used in day to day activities, and routines along with detailed procedures are linked directly in processes descriptions. NEMKO Certification is pointed out to be notified body for Scan-Sense quality system, and follow up with yearly main audits.

All our internal audits are done by third party person to maintain the high quality system we are continuously aiming to improve.

A wide product range is EX qualified according to ATEX Directive 94/9/EC. Scan-Sense was one of the first companies to achieve product quality assurance notification according the new standard in 2005. NEMKO certification with world wide accreditation follows up with surveillance/re-assessment audits.

To easy the access to our products for large companies, Scan-Sense decided to be part of the Achilles offshore purchase system. We have increased focus on HMS in all parts of our organisation, and use TQM-enterprice system for follow up both HMS and to sort detailed logging on all non-conformances.
